Island girls score low in B.C. Winter Games goals

Peninsula-based hockey girls finish 0-4 at B.C. Winter Games in Vernon last weekend

Peninsula hockey players Micah Hart, Jennifer Liu and Stephanie Churchill are home again after suffering defeat at the B.C. Winter Games. The Vancouver Island-Central Coast girls ice hockey team finished 0-4 through the tournament.

Fraser Valley scored the gold while Vancouver-Squamish scored silver and Cariboo-North East finished in bronze position.
