Just pick up the poop

Hey, it’s that time again to remind all dog owners and walkers to pick up after their dog(s).

Hey, it’s that time again to remind all dog owners and walkers to pick up after their dog(s).

I’m still finding poop in the Saanichton Village area, on sidewalks and lawns — all this with poop bags strategically placed in the most obvious places because some owners just could not toss it in one of the many bins around the village or take it home with them.

It just amazes me how lazy some people are and it makes the village look uncared for.

Dog poop just does not biodegrade quickly and provides no fertilizing properties.

Just pick up the poop. How hard is that?

Janet Wright, Saanichton
