Long-time resident of Central Saanich. Well known for the many years he rode his bike around Brentwood Bay and in the last year, while recovering from a broken hip/femur, he rode his electric scooter.
Joe was a year-round organic gardener, always with a positive outlook. He will be lovingly missed. He left us with full confidence of future life on earth under Jehovah God's promised Kingdom.
