Sandown Properties Ltd. (Applicant) has applied to the District of North Saanich (District) for a Zoning Bylaw Text Amendment to allow Cannabis Retail Sales in one premises not to exceed 205 sq. m. (+/- 2,200 sq. ft.) in Phase 2 of Sandown Park, located at 10330 McDonald Park Road (Subject Property).
The Subject Property is designated as Commercial in the Official Community Plan (OCP), an amendment is not required. The Subject Property is zoned Sandown Commercial (C-5) in the District’s Zoning Bylaw No. 1255.
