This is to notify that Council will be considering a Road Closure Bylaw to close and remove the dedication as highway of a portion of Nimmo Road, and dispose o f the land.
The proponents, Richard Graham and Sharlene Richdale, are proposing an exchange for land located at 2070 Keating Cross Rd. for extension of Cunnanes lane, which would help secure an active transportation corridor in the future.
AND FURTHERMORE, TAKE NOTICE Bylaw No. 2168, 2023 may be inspected, and other information related to this bylaw, may be reviewed until Jan. 22, 2024 excluding weekends and statutory holidays, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at Municipal Hall, 1903 Mount Newton Cross Road.
