NOTICE OF LIQUOR LICENCE AMENDMENT APPLICATION
Beacon Brewing Ltd. (9829 Third Street) has applied to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB) to amend its liquor license to include a small patio area outside their entrance on Third Street.
This application has been referred to the Town of Sidney for comment and as part of the referral process, the Town is gathering the views of residents for consideration by Council, who will provide a recommendation to the LCRB.

In addition to written comments being considered, a special public participation opportunity on this application will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the May 23, 2023 Council Meeting, during which the public will have an opportunity to comment on the application. Members of the public wishing to speak to Council electronically (via Zoom) will need to register in advance by contacting the Administration Department at admin@sidney.ca or by calling 250-656-1139 by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
