DEVELOPMENT PERMIT WITH VARIANCES APPLICATION – 7221 PEDEN LANE
This is to notify that council will consider approval of a Development Permit with Variances for a duplex with small commercial under the current C-3 zoning. Variances are requested for rear yard setback, commercial parking setback, and residential use setback.
TEMPORARY USE PERMIT – 7100 HOMATHKO
The Capital Regional District has applied for a Temporary Use Permit to continue to operate a seasonal campground on the subject property. The Temporary Use Permit would be valid for 3 years with an opportunity for renewal for up to an additional 3 years.
All persons who consider they are affected by the proposed permits shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard.
