UPDATED: Classes at Ecole John Stubbs carry on following power outage

Power restored at 12 p.m.

Ecole John Stubbs had a delayed start to classes on Monday morning after a brief power outage, which was caused by a crash involving a hydro pole along Sooke Road near Colwood Corners.

Power was restored to over 2,600 customers in Colwood and Langford by noon.
