A rear-ender drew three vehicles into a crash in the northbound lanes of Highway 17 just south of Mount Newton X Road on Dec. 2 at 3:30 p.m. A vehicle was stopped in the right-hand lane when a second vehicle slowing for stopped traffic rear-ended the first one, pushing that vehicle into the one in front of it. No charges were recommended.
