Author and financial consultant Fraser Smith is hosting a free public seminar at the University of Victoria Sept. 7 at 7 p.m.
There is no charge to attend; advance registration is encouraged. The first 20 attendees will receive a complimentary copy of The Smith Manoeuvre and the Smithman Calculator software, to see for themselves how the program could improve their retirement. Smith will go through the history, theory, and implementation of the program and answer questions from the audience.
