Changes in Brentwood Bay

Peter Hendrix, senior account manager, business and personal for the Royal Bank of Canada on the Saanich Peninsula, is now mobile and can bring the bank right to your door. RBC has provided its business account managers with laptops and in doing so created a whole lot more flexibility for its clients. Peter can now attend the business, analyze clients’ business financial statements and discuss what’s working and what areas might need improvement.

He’s based in Sidney on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, in Brentwood Bay on Mondays, and mobile every Wednesday and as needed by clients. Manager Diane Kerr and her staff have been installed for some time in bright, street-side premises.

Seafirst Insurance has laid foundations for its new building, expected to be open in 2012, and in the meantime has temporarily relocated across the street from the building site. Redevelopment in the area is just getting started and the future holds many more exciting changes for the Brentwood village centre.
