So, after much bickering and arguing, it turns out we all ready have two-tier health care in this country? One for aboriginals and one for everyone else. Both of which are paid for by everyone else.

Couldn’t the Tsartlip people, and other aboriginals in the area, just use the newly completed, multi-million dollar private health care centre on the Tsawout reserve?
