Many thanks again to Mr. and Mrs. Brad Jones who came to my rescue Oct. 28.
Both my car and cell had quit. They pulled up behind me at the left turn island at the Travelodge on Beacon in Sidney. They called a tow truck and stayed till it arrived, then drove me and my passenger home.
I’m in my golden years so was especially grateful for their kindness, though I wasn’t surprised – this wasn’t the first time complete strangers have helped me out in Sidney.
