Congratulations to Christy Clark for her good news-families first announcement of the reinstatement of funding for the largely volunteer program, Roots of Empathy in BC schools after the former Liberal minister of eduction axed their funding.
What announcements could be next to support families and children? Increased funding for learning support teachers or counsellors in schools? Increased funding for groups like Children Who Witness Violence so kids don’t have to wait eight months for support?
