I’m wondering if Minister of Education Margaret MacDiarmid could tell us why the StrongStart preschool centers that are located in BC public schools have their own custodians to clean their washrooms, hallways and classroom daily.
When these students enter kindergarten there will no longer be a daytime custodian in the entire school to keep all of the classrooms, washrooms and hallways clean while students are in session.
Wouldn’t it be nice to be back in the day when students knew their custodian because there was a custodian in the building during school hours to keep the school clean while students were learning?
