Good cause for parking that was unappreciated

Former Tseycum chief should be more understanding of restorative work underway

Re: Buried ancestors disrespected: Jacks (News, June 22)

It seems to me Chief Tanya Jones of the Tseycum First Nation is trying hard to prevent further deterioration of the seawall boarding the ancient aboriginal grave site on West Saanich Road.

A few words of appreciation and encouragement would not go amiss from the former chief, Vern Jacks.

Some temporary agitations now will mean these aged ones can rest in peace, with no fear of being swept out to sea some stormy night.
