November 10, 1931 - October 15, 2021
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Harold, who went gently in his sleep. Harold was a kind gentle man, always willing and wanting to help others.
He leaves behind to mourn, his son Rick, daughter Cindi (Rick), step children, Arkell(deceased) and Tara, Lisa and Gary, Joe (Marina), grandchildren Riley, Tamara, Cody, Harley, Jesse, Alisha, Elina and Jaiden. He was predeceased by first wife Irene, mother of Rick and Cindi.
He was married to Valerie, just short of 30 years, whom he met in Dawson City, Yukon Territory.
He was a building contractor, having built many beautiful homes in Victoria, Sooke, Saanich and all the Victoria area. He was just four days short of his 16th birthday when he started his apprenticeship. He always said one of his happiest moments was when he became H & R Noakes Construction, which included son Rick.
He was a very hard working man, who at the end of his day was always happy to come home to his family.

Service for Harold to take place at Holy Trinity Anglican Church 1319 Mills Road, North Saanich, B.C.
