It is with great sadness that the Orr family announces the passing of Lois Jean Merritt at the proud age of 90. Lois died peacefully at SPH on June 5, 2019.

The world has lost a bright light but her generosity will live through so many of us. She was known for her humour, but remembered as a loving, kind and caring woman. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The family would like to extend sincere gratitude to the wonderful staff at the Saanich Peninsula Hospital for the tremendous care they provided.
