• Sold ‘as is, where is” to the highest bidder. All Items currently aboard vessel included.
• The successful bidder must have a guaranteed method of payment on the same day the auction takes place. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Interac E-Transfer, bank draft or cash.
• The new owner needs to provide their government issued ID and confirmation of their address.
• The boat needs to be removed from the Yacht Park by end of day June 11th. Storage, half-haul to Launch, electricity fees apply.
• Van Isle Marina will provide a bill of sale to complete the transfer of ownership.

The boat is not operational as-is.
• It requires a stern drive at bare minimum to make it watertight and then mechanical inspection/run up. Or A blanking plate to cover the existing hole for the stern drive will make watertight.
• It will require a crane or a trailer to take out of the yacht park.
• The interior needs work.
