Temporary Use Permit Renewal

Council will consider renewing a Temporary Use Permit for Cannabis Retail at the above time and place to allow Seaside Cannabis to continue operating in this location. At Council’s discretion, the permit could be renewed for up to 3 years.
All persons who consider they are affected by the proposed permit shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard.
