Land Use Bylaw Amendment

Council will consider a Land Use Bylaw Amendment for a site-specific amendment to increase the Lot Coverage in the RE-4 zone from the allowable 5.0% to 5.5%. The purpose of the request is to construct an accessory building ancillary to the existing swimming pool and patio area.

All persons who consider they are affected by the proposed permit shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard.
