White lettering will appear on the blue canopies of the Landmark building.
Last year, commercial units installed canopies on the south side of the building to match existing canopies that were there for years. Since the sign bylaw prohibits facia and canopy signage together the awnings on the building at the foot of Beacon Avenue were left blank. Council approved a variance to allow for lettering.
