Beacon Avenue West, between the Pat Bay Highway and Galaran Road, will be temporarily closed to traffic (with the exception of BC Transit buses) for extended periods between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 6 for paving, weather permitting.
Drivers are strongly advised to plan ahead and use alternate routes to and from the west side of Sidney and North Saanich. Inquiries regarding the temporary road closure should be directed to the Town of Sidney Engineering and Works Department at 250-656-4502.
