BC Ferries released the results of its 2010 Customer Satisfaction Tracking Survey that indicate 89 per cent of customers reported being satisfied with their overall BC Ferries’ experience.
A total of 11,791 interviews were conducted onboard nine routes, with 4,741 detailed questionnaires completed and returned by mail.
BC Ferries summer schedule is now in effect with extra sailings on the major routes including the local Swartz Bay run. The Tsawwassen-Swartz Bay route, the busiest route in the fleet, will be serviced by four vessels that will provide up to 32 sailings per day.
