Motorcycle goes off road at Mount Doug intersection, traffic redirected

Incident happened early Monday, Dec. 17

A motorcycle hit a telephone pole in Saanich early Monday morning.

The driver, in his 20s, was not taken to the hospital following the crash at roughly 7:30 a.m.

Saanich Police redirected traffic at Blenkinsop and Mount Douglas crossroad until the debris had been cleaned up. They point to slick road conditions as a potential cause of the crash.
