A Saanich man found passed out in a vehicle in Central Saanich earned a driving suspension on Monday. Officers found the man asleep behind the wheel, with his seatbelt on, vehicle running, the window wound down and drug paraphernalia in sight in the 2900-block of Martindale Road just before noon.
A Saanich Police officer trained in drug recognition was called in and the man was issued a suspension for impaired driving.
