Glen Meadows golf course for sale for $6.7m

North Saanich golf course listed by Victoria real estate firm.

NORTH SAANICH — A Victoria real estate firm has announced the listing of the Glen Meadows Golf and Country Club for sale this week. Newmark Knight Frank Devencore has listed the 131 acre property, owned by the Criddle family, at $5.88 million for the 129-acre golf course and another $888,000 for its 2.34 acre parking lot off McTavish Road.

In 2014, the Criddle family asked development consultant Mark Johnston to float the idea of turning over 100 acres of the property to the District of North Saanich as farmland, in exchange for 31 acres of residential development. The idea did not proceed.
