A 22-year-old man spent time in cells after banging on the front door of a condo building in the wee hours of March 19. Around 4 a.m. a resident in the 7000 block of West Saanich Road called police about the racket at the front door. Officers transported the cooperative man to cells where he was held until sober. The next day a similar scene played out in the 7200 block of West Saanich Road. Police drove home a 19-year-old who appeared intoxicated.
