Sidney North Saanich RCMP and Central Saanich Police responded to a collision involving two vehicles at 2:30 p.m. Friday on Lochside Dr. near Cy Hampson Park in North Saanich.
Three people were taken to hospital with what appeared to be non life-threatening injuries. RCMP suspect alcohol and speed were factors in the incident, but are still investigating.
