RBC employees and retired employees are passionate volunteers. As community members, they dedicate countless hours to causes they believe in.

Along with their volunteer labour, RBC is contributing $1000.00 to the Sidney and North Saanich Memorial Park Society, a charitable society that not only operates the Blue Heron Park, but the Mary Winspear Centre and Charlie White Theatre.

In 2010, 57 employees were honoured recipients of the RBC Community Spirit Award. Employees were nominated for this award for their outstanding contribution, commitment and leadership to their community and for their inspiration in encouraging others to get involved and engage in volunteer services.
