Blush fundraiser for grad, seniors

The Rotary Club of Sidney presents Blush: Taste of the Peninsula, its inaugural wine-tasting, dinner and auction.

The doors will open at 4:30 p.m. for the wine tasting, followed by dinner and silent and live auction, featuring Sidney councillor Kenny Podmore as master of ceremonies and auctioneer.

The auctions will support the Mount Newton Centre to support ongoing programs benefiting seniors in the community.

Parents of the Parkland secondary grad class will provide assistance with the event and receive a donation towards the graduation celebration.

Tickets are $50 per person and are available through Mary Winspear Centre box office 250-656-0275.
