Zip down a line and climb a wall at the Island Savings Family Sport and Recreation Festival, hosted at the Pacific Institute for Sport Excellence tomorrow (May 5).
The festival is interactive for the whole family and introduces children to a wide range of sport and recreation activities, as well as sport demonstrations. Parasports will be featured for the first time, giving able-bodied people and those with a disability a chance to try a parasport.
Para-cyclist Karen March, a Paralympic hopeful for London 2012, will be at the festival. Events run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at PISE.
