Celebrate Father’s Day weekend with a train ride and a blacksmith demonstration at Heritage Acres. Or take a hayride, eat a hotdog and enjoy some music at the Saanich Historical Artifact Society site at 7321 Lochside Dr. (off Island View Road) this weekend. The weekend event runs June 16 and 17 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Admission $7, kids under 12 free.
