A forum for seniors, caregivers and families on the Saanich Peninsula saw sweet success Thursday (June 6) with 12 speakers, dozens of community organizations and hundreds of visitors.
The free Community Access to Resources and Engagement (CARE) Fair at the Mary Winspear Centre in Sidney coincided with BC Seniors Week to provide information on aging, from those looking to “age in place” in their own homes or considering transitioning to independent or assisted living.
