With all the snow days we have been experiencing this week, I decided to make the best of them. My 8 year old granddaughter Caelin who lives on the Mainland absolutely adores cats, so I thought I would attempt at making a “Snow Cat” for her. It took me approximately two hours to finish, and the attached photo is what I ended up with. She thought it was pretty cool!

Alexandra, Karen, and Lisa braved winter conditions to attend yoga with our intrepid instructor, Deanne Young. This photo was taken in Deanne’s backyard, right after class. What fun to do yoga in the snow! (Alexandra Lapko)
