PHOTO GALLERY: 145th Saanich Fair

Our reporter took to the grounds of the 145th Saanich Fair to capture some great moments

The sound of screams and the smell of cotton candy were heard in Central Saanich over the Labour Day long weekend at the 145th Saanich Fair.

The fair attracts an annual average of 45,000 people to the Saanich Peninsula and is run by the non-profit group North & South Saanich Agricultural Society. It is the longest continuously running agricultural fair in Western Canada.

These are a few highlights as caught by the Peninsula News Review's lens.
