Sidney council approved the construction of a new skateboard park within Tulista Park recently.

Many residents had little information on how and why Tulista Park was chosen.

At the town council meeting on April 11, many residents voiced their displeasure about turning a peaceful and beautiful green park by the sea which is used by many people of all ages into a concrete skateboard park.
