Good for you Clive Tanner for your comments about the foolish Sidney Gateway project. Our Sidney council seems not to know who elected them.
From my perspective they seem to support builders and developers to the detriment of Sidney citizens. The small town atmosphere is what has attracted people here. What is the purpose of the Official Community Plan, when council constantly accepts variances to the plan.
In respect for those who elected them, our council must provide referendums for major projects. There is too much being decided without proper input from the taxpayers.
