RE‐DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION – 7701 EAST SAANICH ROAD

This is to notify that council will consider approval to rezone this property from RM‐1 to RM‐5 to permit a 4‐storey rental building with 61 apartment units. A Development Permit with Variances has also been requested.

REZONING APPLICATION – 6895 WOODWARD DRIVE

This is to notify that council will consider approval to rezone this property from R‐1 to R‐1XS for a 2‐lot subdivision. A Variance for height has also been requested.

REZONING APPLICATION – 1035 STELLY’S CROSS ROAD

This is to notify that council will consider approval to rezone this property from R‐1 to R‐1XS for a 2‐lot subdivision. Variances for setbacks have also been requested.

All persons who consider they are affected by the proposed permits shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard.
