SIDNEY — The next Support Our Sidney (SOS) general meeting (which as usual is open to the general public) is on Wednesday, Feb. 18 at 6:30 p.m. in Room No. 4 at the Mary Winspear Centre.
The guest speaker is Sidney Councillor Peter Wainwright, who will speak on the Town’s proposed budget, provide an update on the fire hall replacement project and answer any questions. There will also be an update on the current plans of the Jesken, Sandown and Gateway commercial development proposals.
SOS was formed in 2014 to act as a municipal government watchdog group.
