Police briefs: Theft from home in Sidney

Sidney North Saanich RCMP officers responded to a theft from a home in the 9700 block of Fourth St. in Sidney Sept. 6.

Multiple televisions and a stereo system were stolen from the home, which the thief gained entry to through an unlocked door.

The RCMP would like to remind residents to secure their belongings and keep doors and windows locked when they’re not at home.
