Club YOLO, which stands for “You Only Live Once,” offers hassle-free boating that’s affordable and flexible. For a one-time membership fee coupled with an affordable monthly payment, members gain access to a fleet of high-quality boats.
“We provide everything our members need – they just show up and enjoy the day. It’s that simple,” says Ramona Coulombe, Club YOLO sales representative at Mill Bay Marine Group.
The fleet features three different boat models to suit various needs and preferences: the Beneteau Antares 7, perfect for comfortable year-round cruising; the Trophy T20CC, designed for fishing and prawning; and the Bayliner VR5, ideal for family day trips.
“The ratio is one boat for eight members, which allows plenty of time for everyone to get out on the water,” says Coulombe. We are offering a limited number of memberships across our two marinas, to ensure we maintain a quality experience for each member.”
The underlying motivation for Club YOLO’s service model is the desire to make boating accessible and enjoyable without the usual ownership hassle.
“Many of our members love the water but not the complications or costs of boat ownership, like maintenance and moorage. We eliminate those barriers,” says Coulombe . The club takes care of all aspects of boat management, including maintenance, cleaning, insurance and safety equipment.
This year, Club YOLO is excited to introduce several new features, including overnight trips and private mooring buoys located in fun destinations, enhancing the scope of adventures members can embark on.
Additionally, members enjoy exclusive benefits like 25 percent off AdventureCo accommodations and complimentary use of kayaks and e-bikes at the marinas.
