The Sidney Harbour will be filled with around 100 boats this weekend for Capital City Yacht Club’s 75th annual Sailpast Parade.

The best spots for viewing will be from Beacon and Bevan piers as the boats decorated in full regalia make their way on a brief excursion into the Salish Sea.

The first salute to Commodore Curtis Belanger starts around 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 13 and marks the start of the summer sailing season.
