SIDNEY — The Saanich Peninsula Chamber of Commerce is collecting people’s opinions on the Town of Langford’s recent decision to eliminate annual business license fees in favour of a perpetual business license. The licence would remain in effect until there is a substantial change to a business (ie. relocation).
